Impact of COVID-19

Lakeland Vision Board Member, Jason Willey, connected with Julie Townsend, the Executive Director of the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority, to chat about the various industries at the heart of our city (office, restaurant, retail, new development, etc.) and how they have been impacted by COVID-19. They also discussed the innovation displayed to serve customers and generate business and what the future looks like as the community begins to reopen.
