Beatrice Dela Pena, Geico

Beatrice Dela Pena is Chief Underwriting Officer of Personal Lines at Tower Hill Insurance Group, overseeing all underwriting processes and operations. She has over twenty-five years of Property and Casualty insurance experience and is a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Beatrice holds several additional insurance designations, has an Executive MBA from Auburn University, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Southeastern University. She is also a veteran of the United States Army Reserves and serves on the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce board.
